The active and standby SBC are designed to turn off info level logging if the system becomes congested. The Clear Info Level Logging Disabled command is used to re-enable info level logging once it is disabled. To view the Info Level Logging Disabled status, refer to OAM - Event Log - Type Status.

This section allows you to execute the Clear Info Level Logging Disabled command.

It is important to execute this command only once system congestion dissipates. The system may become further congested if this command is executed while the system is still congested.

 

  1. On SBC main screen, go to All > OAM > Event Log > Info Level Logging Enable. The command window is displayed.

  2. Select Clear Info Level Logging Disabled from the drop-down list and click Select. The clearInfoLevelLoggingDisabled window is displayed.

  3. Click clearInfoLevelLoggingDisabled. A confirmation message dialog box is displayed.

  4. Click OK.
