Perform the following procedures to download the
Login to Salesforce customer portal. In Secure Customer Login, enter your User Name and Password.
Click SOFTWARE DOWNLOADS tab from the Sonus Global Support Portal.
The Software Downloads screen displays. By default, the Select Software tab displays.
The software bundles are listed with the product names and software versions.
Select the Product as SBC 5XX0/SBC 7XX0 and Operating System as Linux. The SBC5x7x_4.2 software bundle is listed as shown below.
Click Request Download. The Software Download Form displays as shown below.
Enter the Address details. Read and accept the license agreement as shown below.
Click Submit.
The submitted Software Request Detail displays as shown below.
Click SOFTWARE DOWNLOADS tab. The Software Downloads home screen displays.
Click Download Requests tab. The Software Request ID SW-19219 and Software Bundle SBCSWe_4.2 shows the status in In Process state.
Verify whether the status has been changed to Download Available state. If yes, click the Software Request ID.
Click on the download links from Software Requests section to download the software.
