To downgrade the

Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
 application software prior to an initial deployment and/or configuration, follow the steps below.

Note

Navigate to the Documentation Portal and locate the 

Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
software installation documentation associated with the software version being downgraded to for installation steps. 

  1. ISO install the required ConnexIP OS version (
    Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
     only).
    1. Re-Installing ConnexIP Operating System for SBC 5000 Series
    2. Re-Installing ConnexIP Operating System for SBC 7000 Series.
  2. Install the required
    Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
     application.
  3. For HA configuration, repeat the above steps for the second server.
