Back to Sip Trunk Group - Media - All

The SIP Trunk Group can also have a TCP Port Range configured that indicates a range of values to use when allocating TCP ports.

To View and Edit TCP Port Range

On SBC main screen, go to All > Zone > SIP Trunk Group > Media > TCP Port Range.

Select the desired Address Context, Zone and SIP Trunk Group from the drop-down list to view its respective TCP Port Range parameters.

The following fields are displayed:

Parameter Description
Base Server PortIndicates the start of the range of TCP ports to use for media. The value ranges from 1-65534 and the default value is none. The value none indicates that this particular control is not applied and the port range specified by the system wide TCP Port Range settings are used.
Max Server PortIndicates the end of the range of TCP ports to use for media. The value ranges from 1-65534 and the default value is none. The value none indicates that this particular control is not applied and the port range specified by the system wide TCP Port Range settings are used.
