The Application Solution Module (ASM) module is a separate, fully-functional server installed inside the Sonus SBC 1000/2000 chassis. The ASM can host a variety of applications that support the Sonus SBC 1000/2000 system. If purchased with the Sonus SBC 1000/2000, the ASM module is factory installed.
Part numbers are subject to change; these parts cannot be ordered by customers.

Sonus SBC 1000/2000 ASM Module
The ASM operates in either of two models, appliance or server. In the appliance mode, the SBA utilizes Sonus' solution to guarantee security. In the Server mode, the SBA relies on customer installed software to provide security/firewall protection. By default, all ASMs are shipped in appliance mode.
