Out of the box, the Sonus SBC 1000/2000 is configured primarily using a web browser via a web interface hosted on the Sonus SBC 1000/2000 system.

The WebUI provides a full range of configuration options to end-users. To list a few, the ability to configure IP interfaces, setting the telephony ports, configuring routes and digit manipulation, and managing Users and Groups.
System administrators managing multiple Sonus SBC 1000/2000 systems should consider using the Sonus SBC Edge REST API for quick and consistent configuration/deployment.
The WebUI provides real-time monitoring of channels, in-progress calls and system alarms.
The WebUI provides end-users the ability to access and finely tune the log settings from debug-level detail to critical messages only.
On-going system management is handled through the WebUI, from changing the system settings, updating system licenses, to software upgrades and system restarts.
In order to configure Sonus SBC 1000/2000 after your have completed the Initial Setup process, you must use a compatible web browser to access the Sonus SBC 1000/2000 and configure it for your environment.
