To View and Edit QOE - Rfactor

On the 

Spacevars

 main screen, go to Configuration > System Provisioning > Category: Trunk Provisioning > Trunk Group > Sip Trunk Group > Sip Trunk Advanced > QOE > Rfactor. The Rfactor window is displayed.

You can check the QOE - Rfactor for each Address Context, for each Zone, for each and SIP Trunk Group created, or for all the Address Contexts, Zones, and SIP Trunk Groups created. Use the drop-down box to select the desired Address Context, Zone and SIP Trunk Group.

The Edit Rfactor window is displayed.

Rfactor Parameters

Parameter

Description

Critical Qos RFactor LimitSpecifies the critical R-Factor limit below which the call admission should be stopped. The value ranges from 0 - 100, with a default value of 50.
Major Qos RFactor LimitSpecifies the major R-Factor limit below which the call admission should be reduced. The value ranges from 0 - 100, with a default value of 70.


Make the required changes and click Save.
