The

One-Step Upgrade, the controlled upgrade does not automatically reboot the
after the upgrade procedure has finished. In order to boot from the newly upgraded partition, you must
set it as the active partition which will prompt you to authorize the
reboot. This option may be convenient if you wish to upgrade the partition during active call services, and only
