Once you place an order through the Ribbon Partner Portal for HA functionality, Ribbon sends you an email that contains information on where to obtain the license associated with your system. You will receive two licenses, one license for each SWe Edge instance in the HA pair. If you encounter problems with your HA license, contact your Contact your Ribbon sales representative or Ribbon Global Support at 1-833-724-2661 for assistance with your HA license.

The NLL method is where an installed license file locks sessions and features to a specific SBC Edge node, which is identified through its hardware serial number or its Virtual Machine Universal Unique Identifier (UUID).
