The call routing is controlled based on two Qoe ParametersQuality of Experience (QoE) parameters:

  • Media Qos QOS Based Routing: This entity is associated with an IP signaling profile which in turn can be associated to an IP peer or an IP Signaling peer group or Trunk Group as part of IP Signaling Profile.
  • Signaling Qos QOS Based Routing: This This entity is associated with an IP signaling profile which in turn can be associated to an IP peer or an IP signaling peer group or Trunk Group as part of an IP Signaling Profile.

On the SBC main screen, go to All > Global > Qoe QOE Call MatchingRouting. The Qoe QOE Call Routing window is displayed.Figure 1: Qoe Call Routing

Specifies whether to enable signaling

Qos

QOS Based Routing while setting the parameters for signaling quality based routing or not.

The options are:

  • enabled
  • disabled
    • Disabled (default)
    • Enabled

    Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.
