This operation allows you to start and stop the following SBA services from the WebUI:

• Lync Server 2010 Skype Services:
  • Mediation Service
  • Front-End Service
• Remote Desktop Service for the ASM

1. In the WebUI, click the Tasks tab.

2. In the left navigation pane, under the Lync™ Survivable Skype Survivable Branch Appliance, click Start/Stop Services.

   

3. In the Service Action, select the desired operation
4. In the Service Name, select the service you wish to start/stop
5. Click OK.
   Two status message are displayed:
   1. Current Activity Status: The operation is being applied on the ASM.
   2. Current Activity Status: The operation is complete.
