The Cards/Modules Status panel provides the following information:

  • Location. Indicates the location of the module installed.
  • Type. Indicates the physical type of hardware installed (DSP, FXS, FXO, etc., including number of licensed ports).
  • Module Service Status. Indicates the service status of the module: Up (module is running) or Down (module is not running).
  • Module State. Indicates the activation state of the module:
    • Activated (module is activated)
    • Activating (module is coming into service, module is not licensed, or module activation failure)
    • Failed (module's service is down)
    • Unknown (module's service is down or status is unknown).

Checking Cards and Modules Status

Note

The information in the Cards/Modules status is in sync with the physical cards/module status in the node's Inventory Report.

To view any Card/Module's status:

  1. In the
    Spacevars
    0company
    SBC 1000/2000 WebUI, click the System tab.
  2. On the System page, click the Overview tab.
