Entry to a Time of Day Table

Create a Time of Day table to include a Time of Day restriction.

  1. In the WebUI, click the Settings tab.
  2. In the left navigation pane, click on the desired Time of Day Table.
  3. Click the Create Time of Day Entry ( Image Removed) icon.

  4. Configure the fields as shown below. For field descriptions, refer to Time of Day Entry - Field Definitions.

    Info
    • If the Start Time and Stop Time are the same, or if the Start Time and Stop Time are both empty, the Time of Day entry applies all day.
    • If the Start Time is greater than the Stop Time, the Time of Day entry applies from the Start Time until the Stop Time on the next day.
    • A blank entry entry specifies all days or hours.


  5. Click OK.

Step 3: Map the Time of Day Entry to a Call Routing Table

  2. In the left navigation pane, click on the desired Call Routing Table.
  3. Select the desired Call Routing Table (or create a new one, refer to Managing Call Routing Tables).
  4. Click the ( Image Removed) icon Add.
  5. Configure with the Time of Day entry (i.e., Time 1). 
  6. Click OK.
