Specifies the IPv4 or IPv6 address of the Primary DNS server. If the Node-Level Network Settings drop down box is set to Dynamic, this field is configured automatically. Field is displayed when Use Primary DNS is set to Yes.

Field lists all Logical Interfaces for the Primary DNS. The IP address selected is used as the source IP for the corresponding DNS queries.

Definitions for available options include:

<IP Address>: Source IP is the IP address associated with the source IP for the corresponding DNS queries.

Auto: Source IP is the IP address of the interface which is used for the DNS query.

When enabled, the SBC accepts DNS requests, and either serves them locally or forwards them as necessary. Valid entry: Yes (DNS request is forwarded or served locally as necessary) or No (DNS requests are not handled by the SBC). Default entry: No.
