Routing management allows you to manage all the configurations associated with routing calls based on the carriers' business requirements.

To view the Routing workspace, select Configuration > System Provisioning > Category: Call Routing > Routing. The Routing window displays. Click the Routes button.

The Routing screen is comprised of the following sections:
- A toggle menu displays on the left side of the screen with the option Tabs to view/edit either Routes or Routing Labels + Routing Label Routes (default) or Routing labels.
- The main workspace displays a search section and a table section which table that lists route information based on the selection from the toggle menu.A Toolkiit workspace on the lower part of the screen containing chiclets used to launch the Routing tools.

Edit Route
Use the following procedure Use this tool to select, and then edit a route.

Delete a Routing Label
To delete a routing label and its associated routing label routes, do the following.
- Select Click Routing Labels from the toggle menu+ Routing Label Routes.
- From the main workspace, use the routing label search section to locate a routing label.
- Select routing label from the table.
- From the Action column, click the Delete icon.
When prompted for confirmation, click Yes to delete the routing label.

You can only create a routing label route for a successfully created routing label. |
- Click Routing Labels + Routing Label Routes.
- Select a route. The Edit Routing Label panel appears.
- Click Add Routing Label Route.
Enter and select the desired configuration details in the Add Routing Label Route panel. Use the Available Zones, Available Trunk Groups, and Available IP Peers tables to select a zone, trunk group, and IP Peer for the routing label route.
Click Save.
The Routing Label Route appears in the Routing Label Route Sequence table
- From the Toolkit section, click the Create Routing Label Route chiclet Image Removed to launch the tool.
- Enter/select desired configuration details.
- Click Save
