On Hold Mode
To use Enable Music on Hold , you must specify a source in the Media System Configuration tab of the UI and then Enable Music on Hold in the applicable SIP Signaling Group.as follows:
- From the Music on Hold drop down list (via applicable SIP Signaling group) select Enables for 2-Way Hold only or Always Enabled.
- Click Apply.

If your system does not have transcoding licenses, be sure your MoH file is encoded in the same Law that your calls use. For instance, if you are using A-Law for your calls, be sure to use an A-law encoded MoH file. If your system has transcoding licenses, then the system will automatically transcode between different types of codec compressions |
