Configuration of SBC SWe Cloud D-SBC clusters on OpenStack is managed using the EMS and can be accomplished using the SBC Configuration Manager GUI which you access through the EMS.
Before configuring D-SBC (S-SBC and M-SBC) deployments, you must configure the DNS server for the M-SBC with the the MGT/PKT0/PKT1 IP addresses for the Load Balancing Service (LBS). For D-SBC Sig Port service, configure the DNS server for the M-SBC fixed IP address of the packet interface PKT0/PKT1 (if floating IP is not configured on the interface). The IP addresses depend on the deployed network.
Basic configuration of I-SBC deployments includes a combination of most of the procedures required for the individual distributed SBC components so that both signaling and media configuration is completed.
