In the absence of any device or filter configuration, the Signaling Packet Capture feature only captures SIP/H.323 signaling for calls which are traced by Call Trace Filters. | ||

On the SBC main screen, go to Troubleshooting > Troubleshooting Configuration > Call Trace > Signaling Packet Capture.To View and Edit Signaling Packet Capture

Before making any change in the filter or applying new filter, change to Disable state. Once the filter is changed/applied, enable it. |
