If a ConnexIP ISO procedure was just completed on this SBC, then these files will be present on the SBC. Else, these files can be obtained from Salesforce (refer to Downloading the SBC 5400 Software from Salesforcethe Ribbon Support Portal) and uploaded to the SBC through the EMA Mode or EMA Platform Mode GUI interface. Refer to System Administration - File Upload to know the File Upload procedure.
