Specifies the treatment taken when the Silence Suppression tone is detected.
To View and Edit Silence Suppression
On SBC main screen, go to All > Profiles > Media > Codec Entry > Silence Suppression.
Select the desired Codec Entry from the drop-down list to view its respective Silence Suppression parameters.

Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.
