Upgrading the BMC firmware involves the following steps:

  1. Download Downloading the BMC firmware from the SalesForce customer portal, and copy Ribbon Support Portal and copying it to your local desktop or laptop, or any Linux server. To Know how to download files from Salesforce, refer to Downloading Software from the Ribbon Support Portal. 
  2. Upgrading the BMC Firmwarefirmware to the latest version.
