This section helps you to understand Egress- Use this window to configure egress-specific call admission control (CAC) configuration for the a specified SIP trunk group.

To View and Edit Cac - Egress

On From the SBC main screen, go to to Configuration >  > System Provisioning > Category > Category: Trunk Provisioning Provisioning > Trunk  Trunk Group > Sip  > SIP Trunk Group > Cac >  > CAC > Egress. The Egress window is displayed.

The Cac - Egress can be checked for each Address Context, for each Zone, for each Sip Trunk Group created or for all the Address Contexts, Zones and Sip Trunk Groups created. Use the drop-down box boxes to select the desired Address Context, Zone and Sip SIP Trunk Group.

Call Limit

Specifies the total number of concurrent calls (either ingress or egress) allowed on egress. The value ranges from 0 to 2147483647 or unlimited (default).

Specifies the oversubscription of resources (as a percentage) that is allowed for emergency calls. The value ranges from 0 to 1000 and the default value is 10.

Hpc OversubscriptionSpecifies the over-subscription of the resources (in a percentage) that is allowed for HPC calls. When the baseline call limit and bandwidth limits are reached, normal calls are not admitted, but additional HPC calls are allowed up to the configured value percentage. The value ranges from 0 to 100 % and the default value is 10 %.

Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.
