This profile specifies whether to allocate DSP resources, when available, for T.38  Error Correction Mode (ECM) calls.

To View and Edit ECM

On SBC main screen, go to Configuration > Profile Management > Category: Media Profiles > Packet Service Profile >T38 > ECM.

Select the desired Packet Service Profile from the drop-down list to view its respective ECM parameters.

The ECM window is displayed.

Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.
