The User Activity Log window provides options to configure user activity log settings.

To Set the User Activity Log Settings

  1. On the main SBC screen, go to Troubleshooting > Troubleshooting Tools > User Activity Log. The User Activity Log window is displayed.

    The following fields are displayed:

    Purge user activity logs everyEnter the time interval (number of days) in which activity logs are purged. Value range 1 to 365.
    User activity log level

    Select the user activity log level information from the drop-down list. The available options:

    • Debug - Sets the purge for debug log level information.
    • Error - Sets the purge for error log level information.
    • Info - Sets the purge for information log level information.
  2. Click  to save the user activity log settings.
    A success message User Activity Log Settings Saved is displayed.

To view the User Activity log files, go to Troubleshooting > Call Trace/Logs/Monitors > Log Management. Select User Activity from the list to view the logs. Refer to Log Management for more information.
