Use the SIP Notruf Profile to enable the SIP Notruf feature. Notruf uses Ribbon SBC call processing to collect information from the caller. 


On the SBC main screen, navigate to All > AddressContext > Zone > SipTrunkGroup > Services

To Create a SIP Notruf Profile

To create a SIP Notruf Profile object:

  1. Click New SIP Notruf Profile. The Create New SIP Notruf Profile window opens.


  2. Enter a name of up to 23 characters for the profile object and click Save.

To Delete a SIP Notruf Profile

To delete a SIP Notruf Profile:

  1. Click the radio button adjacent to the profile name you want to delete.
  2. Click the delete icon (X) at the end of the row.
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
