On the SBC main screen, go to Configuration > System Provisioning > Category: Trunk Provisioning > Trunk Group > H323Trunk Group > H323 Trunk Advanced > Call Reservation > SILC. The SILC window is displayed.

| State | Administrative state to enable/disable the SILC traffic control. |
| MC1Percent | Specifies the percentage of calls to accept when the machine congestion level is 1. Enter a value in range of from 0-100 percent. Default is 75. |
| MC2Percent | Specifies the percentage of calls to accept when the machine congestion level is 2. Enter a value in range of from 0-100 percent. Default is 25. |
Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.
