To View Remote ServerOn the SBC main screen, go to Configuration > System Setup > Policy Server > Remote Server. The Remote Server List window is displayed. Image Modified To Edit Remote ServerTo edit a Remote Server in the list, click the radio button next to the specific Remote Server name. The Edit Selected Remote Server window is displayed. IP Address Example: Image Modified FQDN Example: Image Added Make the required changes and click Save to save the changes. To Create Remote ServerTo create a new Remote Server, click New Remote Server tab on the Remote Server List panel. The Create New Remote Server window is displayed. Image Modified Update and populate the required fields.

Choose the maximum number of policy server clients to create using the IP addresses picked from the DNS results under the remote server configuration (default = 1). To Copy Remote ServerTo copy any of the created Remote Server and to make any minor changes, click the radio button next to the specific Remote Server to highlight the row. Click Copy Remote Server tab on the Remote Server List panel. The Copy Selected Remote Server window is displayed along with the field details, which can be edited. Image Modified Make the required changes to the required fields and click Save. The copied Remote Server is displayed. To Delete Remote ServerTo delete a Remote Server, click the radio button next to the specific remote server. Click Delete at the end of the highlighted row. A delete confirmation message appears seeking your decision. Click Yes to remove the specific Remote Server from the list. Remote Server CommandsUse this command to reset SIP registration count. Policy Server - Remote Server Commands Image Modified Select switchBack from Switch Back from the drop-down menu and click click Select. A pop-up window is displayed with the selected option. Click Click switchBack. This will reset the SIP Registration count for the selected Remote Server. Click OK to to complete the process.
