The contents of this page caters to SBC SWe Cloud only.

This window is only available when configuring an M-SBC cluster in a distributed SBC SWe deployment in the OpenStack cloud environment.

Use the Cluster Comm window The SBC SWe Cloud supports the system object Cluster Admin > Cluster Comm to configure intra-cluster VNFC communication interfaces for use with the Load Balancing Service. among nodes for use with a load balancing service. This configuration is required prior to configuring a load balancing service on an M-SBC cluster. A load balancing service is mandatory on M-SBC clusters to enable distributing media-related requests among the media nodes in the cluster. For more information on configuring the Load Balancing Service for intra-cluster VNFC communicationa load balancing service, refer to Load Balancing Service - CLI.

Refer to Modifying SBC Cluster Configuration for information on how to access the SBC Configuration Manager GUI from the EMS to configure an SBC cluster.

On the SBC main screen, navigate to All > System > Cluster Admin > Cluster Comm.

For a SBC SWe Cloud cluster registered with an operational Sonus EMS, you can access Cluster Comm through the web-based GUI called SBC Manager. For information on different EMS users and their SBC equivalents, refer to SBC Navigator.
