The SIP Trunk Group can also have a TCP Port Range configured that indicates a range of values to use when allocating TCP ports.Use the TCP Port Range window to configure a range of TCP ports to use for a specific SIP trunk group. This port range is used by the SBC to advertise the TCP ports on which it can accept connections. A unique unused port from this range is included in the SDP media line in the offer or answer sent towards an MSRP UA. Refer to Configuring MSRP Support for more information.
To View and Edit the TCP Port Range
On the SBC main screen, go to All > Zone > SIP Trunk Group > Media > TCP Port Range.to All > Address Context > Zone > SIP Trunk Group > Media > TCP Port Range or
Configuration > System Provisioning > Category: SIP Carrier Peering > SIP Trunk Group > Media > TCP Port Range or
Configuration > System Provisioning > Category: Trunk Provisioning > Trunk Group > SIP Trunk Group > SIP Trunk Advanced > SIP Trunk - Media - Advanced > Media > TCP Port Range
The TCP Port Range window opens. Use the drop-down lists to select the specific Address Context, Zone and SIP Trunk Group you want to configure. The currently configured values for the specified trunk group appearSelect the desired Address Context, Zone and SIP Trunk Group from the drop-down list to view its respective TCP Port Range parameters.
