Adjust the resource by executing the following steps:
Click your VM name. Click Resource Allocation tab. Click Edit in the CPU box.

Select Resources tab and select CPU as shown.
From Resource Allocation section, set Reservation value by clicking up/down arrows or dragging the Reservation bar.

Set CPU reservation to a value calculated by multiplying: (half of the number of vCPUs assigned to the VM) x (the physical CPU processor speed). For example, for a 4 CPUs configuration with a processor of 2.99 GHz CPU frequency, reserve "2992 * 2 = 5984 MHz". |
Select Unlimited check box for optimal performance.
