Use the Call Count Interval Statistics window to view the high-water mark (peak number) for different types of calls occurring during a series of time intervals. To set the call-count time interval and the number of statistic sets that are stored, refer to System - Interval Statistics.

Hpc Queue AttemptsThe current number of HPC calls that the SBC successfully places in queues for HPC call queuing.
Hpc Queue OverflowsThe current number of HPC calls for which the HPC call queuing attempts are unsuccessful because queues are full.
Hpc Queue AbandonsThe current number of HPC calls that the SBC places in queues for HPC call queuing, but that the SBC abandons before the calls complete.
Hpc Queue TimeoutsThe current number of HPC calls that the SBC removes from queues for HPC call queuing because the queue timeout timer expires
