Use the Anat window to set Alternative Network Address Types (ANAT) options when for a specific SIP trunk group whose the media address type type is set to iPv4 IPv4 and iPv6IPv6.

Edit ANAT Parameters

On the SBC main screen, navigate to All > Address Context > Zone > Sip SIP Trunk Group > Media > Anat. The Anat window is displayed. or 
Configuration > System Provisioning > Category: Trunk Provisioning > Trunk Group > SIP Trunk Group SIP Trunk Advanced > SIP Trunk - Media - Advanced > Media > Anat

The Anat can be checked for each Address Context, for each Zone, for each Sip Trunk Group created or for all the Address Contexts, Zones and Sip Trunk Groups created. Use the drop-down box boxes to select the desired specific Address Context, Zone, and Sip SIP Trunk Group you want to configure.

The Edit Anat window is displayedopens.

Note: This flag is visible only when

iPv4andiPv6

IPv4 and IPv6 is chosen as the values for the

flag

option, Media Addr Type under Media.

  •  – Select this option to match the address type (IPv4 or IPv6) used for signaling.

  • Honor Recv Prec - Select this option to choose the first received IP version in the SDP answer within ANAT address format.
Note: This flag is visible only when iPv4andiPv6 IPv4 and IPv6 is chosen as the values for the flagoption, Media Addr Type under Media.

Description

 Offer  Offer Preference Offer Offer version precedence when the SDP method is ANAT. The options are:
  • matchSigAddrType Match Sig Addr Type (default) – Select this option to match the address type (IPv4 or IPv6) used for signaling.
  • iPv4IPv4
  • iPv6
  • iPv4andiPv6

 

Note
 Answer  Answer Preference Answer Answer version precedence when the SDP method is ANAT. The options are:
  • matchSigAddrType Match Sig Addr Type (default)

Note

Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.
