Upgrading the BMC firmware involves the following steps:

  1. Download Downloading the BMC firmware from the SalesForce customer portal, and copy Ribbon Support Portal and copying it to your local desktop or laptop, or any Linux server. 
  2. Upgrade Upgrading the BMC firmwareto  to the latest version.
