Use this window to work with Session Recording Server (SRS) Group Profiles. An SRS is the target to which the SBC sends session recordings. The SBC supports configuring multiple SRSs The SBC supports configuring multiple Session Recording Servers (SRSs) on the ERE using the SRS Group ProfileProfiles.

 An The SRS Group Profile includes common properties , such as the type of load distribution and the number of simultaneous streams, for a list of SRSs. The SRS Group Profile ID is associated with the Call Recording Criteria. Each SRS group will allow configuring up to maximum of media streams. It also contains a maximum of  eight SRS group data configurations for each SRS Group Profile.

Up to four SRS Group Profiles can be added to SRS Group Clusters to enable sending four simultaneous recordings. The SRS Group Cluster is then associated with call recording criteria. Refer to Global - Servers - Call Recording Criteria.

On the SBC main screen, navigate to All > Global > Servers > Srs Group Profile.

The Srs Group Profile window is displayed.

Create an SRS Group Profile

  1. Select the Srs Group Profile by clicking the radio button adjacent to the criteria on the Srs Group Profile List window.

  3. Make changes and click Save to Save the changes, or Clear to cancel the changes.

To Copy Srs Group Profile

  1. Select the Srs Group Profile by clicking the radio button adjacent to the criteria on the Srs Group Profile List window.

    Click New Srs Group Profile on the Srs Group Profile List window.

    The Copy Selected Srs Group Profile window is displayed.

    To Delete Srs

    Specifies whether or not SRTP is enabled for the SRS. The options are:

    • Disable (default) - the SRTP packets received from the participant are decrypted and sent to the recorder.
    • Enable - the media towards the recorder is encrypted.
    Crypto Suite Profile1-23 characters

    Specifies the name of the Crypto Suite Profile.

    When specified, the encryption technique towards SRS utilizes the crypto suite of the SBC (the crypto suite of the CS is discarded).
    If  a Crypto Suite Profile is not configured, the encryption technique towards the SRS utilizes the negotiated crypto suite details of the respective CS tap leg (ingress tap leg/egress tap leg).
    Note: SRTP must be enabled for this option to be available.

    To Edit an SRS Group Profile

    1. Select the Srs Group Profile by clicking the radio button adjacent to the criteria on the Srs Group Profile List windowit in the Srs Group Profile List window. The Edit Selected Srs Group Profile window is displayed for the selected profile. Only the common properties of the profile are shown.

    2. Make changes to the common properties and click Save.

    To make changes to the SRS group data configuration for a profile, use the Srs Group Data window. Refer to Global - Servers - Srs Group Profile

  • Click the delete symbol on the right end of the selected row.
  • The Delete srsGroupProfile dialog-box is displayed.

  • Click Yes to confirm deletion, or No to cancel it.
  • On successful deletion, a message is displayed.
  • Click OK on the success message to complete the deletion process.

    To Copy an SRS Group Profile

    1. Select the Srs Group Profile by clicking the radio button adjacent to it in the Srs Group Profile List window.

    2. Click Copy Srs Group Profile on the Srs Group Profile List window. The Copy Selected Srs Group Profile window is displayed.

    3. Make changes and click Save.

    To Delete an SRS Group Profile

    1. Select the Srs Group Profile by clicking the radio button adjacent to it in the Srs Group Profile List window.

    2. Click the X on the right end of the selected row.
    3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
