  • Uploaded Announcements: Once you upload an announcement file (.wav) using the File Upload option, the uploaded file is displayed in this pane. By default, only five files are displayed. You can choose the number of entries to be displayed under the Show entries drop-down list. This pane is blank If there are no files uploaded.
  • Announcements in Announcement Directory: Any uploaded file (.wav) displayed in the Uploaded Announcements pane can be moved to Announcement Directory. You can also delete the desired announcement file in this pane.
Note
  1. Always prefix the announcement wav file with the letter "s". For example: s321.wav
  2. The system takes approximately ten minutes to read the new file, once it is moved to the announcement directory.
