Use the IP ACL Overall Statistics to view the number of times packets did not match any IP ACL rule. Statistics are shown per address context.

This object displays the IP Acl Overall Statistics.
On SBC main screen, go to Monitoring > Security > IP Access Control List > IP ACL Overall Statistics or
All > Address Context > IP Access Control List > IP ACL Overall Statistics. The
The IP ACL Overall Statistics details can be checked for each Address Context or for all the Address Contexts created. Use the drop-down box to select the desired Address Context. The IP ACL Overall Statistics window is displayed.window opens with results for all address contexts. Select an address context in the Address Context list to filter the output for a specific address context.

By default only ten entries are displayed in a view. You can choose the number of entries to be displayed under the Show entries drop down box.
