This profile specifies the Ingress parameters of CAC related to Zone object.

To View and Edit Zone - CAC - Ingress

On SBC main screen, go to to Configuration >  > System Provisioning > Category > Category: CAC Provisioning Provisioning > Zone > CAC > Ingress Zone > CAC > Ingress. The Ingress window is displayed.

The Zone - CAC - Ingress can be checked for each Address Context, and for each Zone, or for all the Address Contexts, and Zones created. Use the drop-down box boxes to select the desired Address Context, and Zone.

Parameter


Description

Call LimitSpecifies the total number of calls allowed for Ingress. The value ranges from 0 to 2147483647 or unlimited.
Emergency OversubscriptionSpecifies the oversubscription of resources (as a percentage) that is allowed for emergency calls. The value ranges from 0 to 1000 and the default value is 10.

Register Rate MaxSpecifies the maximum sustained Ingress rate (registrations per second) of initial Zone CAC registration allowed. (range: 1-1000, or unlimited. SBC 7000 series range is 1-3000, or unlimited).
Register Burst MaxSpecifies the maximum allowed burst (above the allowed sustained rate) for Ingress initial Zone CAC registration allowed. (range: 1-1000, or unlimited. SBC 7000 series range is 1-3000, or unlimited).
Packet Rate MaxSpecifies the maximum sustained packet rate allowed (in packets/second). (range: 1-65535, or unlimited).
(Default: unlimited.
 Default: unlimited.
Hpc OversubscriptionSpecifies the over-subscription of the resources (in a percentage) that is allowed for HPC calls. When the baseline call limit and bandwidth limits are reached, normal calls are not admitted, but additional HPC calls are allowed up to the configured value percentage. The value ranges from 0 to 100 % and the default value is 10 %.
