Runtime Diagnostic Tests window provides options to perform Diagnostic Test and store the results of the test as log files.
On the SBC Main screen, go to Troubleshooting > Troubleshooting Tools > Runtime Diagnostic Test. The Runtime Diagnostic Test window is displayed.

Runtime Diagnostic Tests window has two panes. Both the panes are visible only after stopping the SBC application. To stop the SBC application, refer to System Administration - Platform Management.

The Runtime Diagnostics Test logs are also stored in Troubleshooting > Call Trace/Logs/Monitors > Log Management. Select Runtime Diagnostics Test from the list to view the logs. |

Name | Specifies the log names. These are system generated names. | Date/Time | Specifies the date and time at which the logs were generated in MM/DD/YYYY: HH:MM format. |

Performing Runtime Diagnostic Tests requires you to stop the SBC Application. Stopping the SBC application causes service interruption. The test is run only in EMA Platform Mode. |
- Ensure that SBC application is stopped and you are logged on EMA Platform Mode. On the SBC main screen, go to Troubleshooting > Troubleshooting Tools > Runtime Diagnostic Test.
Click Start Runtime Diagnostic Tests.

- A reboot confirmation dialog box is displayed. Click Continue to proceed.
