Investigate the fault and take action based upon operational states below.

  • configured(1) – Determine the reason for the administrative change.
  • connectionLoss(2) – Check connectivity to and status of PSX by accomplishing Action steps of alarm "sonusSoftswitchDownNotification" located in PSX Alarm Troubleshooting Guide.
  • noConnection(3) – No action required; An automatic retry will occur.
  • nodeNameChange(4) – No action required; An automatic retry will occur.
  • incompatibleVersion(5) – Check software versions running on SBC and PSX to ensure SBC software is equal to or no more than two versions older than PSX software version.
    • PSX – Login to PSX and display EMS PSX Manager GUI. The top left corner of the window displays the PSX GUI and server software versions.
    • SBC – Login to SBC EMA GUI. The current software version displays on EMA screen at the top.
