Use this page to view or change which SWe traffic profile is active. The performance of the SBC SWe VMs can be optimized by providing the anticipated call mix as part of configuring the SBC SWe instance. The call mix is conveyed through a traffic profile which includes factors such as the amount and type of transcoding anticipated. The SBC includes a set of predefined call mixes in its standard traffic profiles. You have the option to create additional custom traffic profiles.

Info

Standard profiles make some assumptions regarding the traffic model and hence may not be the optimal profile for the deployment of the I-SBC. Please create a custom traffic profile that matches the actual traffic offered to the I-SBC to get the maximum capacity.

To change the active profile:

  1. In the Edit Swe Active Profile section, select the profile to activate from the Name dropSelect the profile to activate from the Name drop-down list.
