Status Panel LEDs
This section describes the Status LEDs located on the front panel of the Sonus SBC 1000/2000
chassis. Overall, when all four Status LEDs are lit green, the system is powered up and is in good operating condition. See below for individual LED ranges. For more information about the error states of these LEDs, see

| 1. Power Status LEDThis status LED indicates the power conditions of the Sonus SBC 1000/2000 system. The normal state of this LED is on and green.Color | Status |

2. Alarms Status LEDThis status LED indicates the alarm state of the Sonus SBC 1000/2000 the system. The normal state of this LED is green, indicating there is no alarm.For detailed information about alarm types, see Alarms and Events Reference. Color | Status |

Green | No alarm. | Off | Warning (indicates the lowest severity level of an alarm has occurred). | Amber | Minor alarm. | Red | Major alarm. | Red Blinking | Critical alarm. |
3. Peer Node Status LED (Locator LED) Tip |

The Peer Node Status LED is also recognized as the Locator LED when configuring this option in the WEB GUI. |
This status LED is green when the Sonus SBC 1000/2000 the system is fully powered up. It is also used as a system locator LED for the SBC unit (the green blinking light helps network personnel easily locate the SBC in a rack with other equipment). Through the WEBUI, this LED can be turned off or made to blink once per second. See Configuring Host Information and DNS.Color | Status |
