Level MC2 refers to moderate congestion level. By default, the adaptive congestion controls activate when this level of congestion is reached.

Level MC2 is also "in service" by default. The following are the set threshold and clear threshold percentages set for level MC2 when the defaultMC2 (default) Overload Profile is assigned:
- Set threshold: 90%
- Clear threshold: 86%
To change whether congestion level MC2 is in service or which profile is assigned to level MC2, on the SBC main screen, go to All > System > Congestion > Level MC2.
