| Providerid | This is the jurisdiction-specific code for the data service provider. |
| Data-provider | Name of the service provider that supplied the data. |
| Provider-id-series | Identifies the issuer of the providerID. |
| Provider-contact-uri | Use this URI for an organization tasked to provide PSAP support for this emergency call. |
| Provider-reference | This element associates all data blocks added to the same data provider as a unit. |
| Type-of-provider-data | Identifies the type of data provider supplying the data. |
| Customer-domain | Provide a customer-specific domain. |
