This feature enables support for the SBC SWe on AMD EPYC processors. The support for the SBC SWe is enabled on third-generation AMD EPYC CPUs and later versions (7003 and 9004 product line series of AMD EPYC CPUs). The existing SBC SWe overload mechanism and metrics is also applicable on AMD EPYC CPUs. The SBC SWe running on the AMD EPYC CPU is supported on KVM and VMware virtualized platforms.
