  1. In the WebUI, click the Tasks tab.
  2. In the left navigation pane, go to SIP Setup > SIP Message Rule.

  3. Enter the configuration. See Importing and Exporting SIP Message Rules#SIP Message Manipulation Configuration Export - Field Properties.
  4. Click OK. A message asks you to confirm export of the SIP configuration.
  5. Click OK. A message asks you to save the file (file name is SMMConfiguration.xml). Select a location and save. This saved location will be used when you import this configuration file to another node. See Importing and Exporting Import SIP Message Rules#Import SIP Message Rule.
  6. Perform a save and click OK.

Import SIP Message Rule

Note

The imported SIP Message manipulation rules will override the existing configuration in the SBC.

To import a SIP Message Rule

  1. In the WebUI, click the Tasks tab.
  2. In the left navigation pane, go to SIP Setup > SIP Message Rule.

  3. Enter the configuration. See Importing and Exporting SIP Message Rules#SIP Message Manipulation Configuration Import - Field Properties.
  4. Click Browse to select the SMMconfiguration.xml file (located in the directory in which you saved the exported configuration file, see Export SIP Message Rule).
  5. Click OK. A message asks you to confirm import of the SIP configuration.
  6. Click OK. The SMMConfiguration.xml file is imported into the SBC and overwrites the existing configuration.
