To View Tone And Announcement Profile

On SBC main screen, go to Configuration > Profile Management > Category: Media Profiles > Tone And Announcement Profile.

To Edit Tone And Announcement Profile

To edit any of the Tone And Announcement Profile in the list, click the radio button next to the specific Tone And Announcement Profile name.

The Edit Selected Tone Selected Tone And Announcement Profile window is displayed below.

You would not be able to edit as the field is read only.

To Create Tone And Announcement Profile

To create a new Tone And Announcement Profile, click New Tone And Announcement Profile tab on the Tone the Tone And Announcement Profile List panel.Figure 3: Profile Management - Media Profiles - Tone And Announcement  Profile Fields

    The name of this Tone and Announcement Profile.

    Length: Up to 23 characters

    To Copy Tone And Announcement Profile

    To copy any of the created Tone And Announcement Profile and to make any minor changes, click the radio button next to the specific Tone And Announcement Profile to highlight the row.

    Click Copy Tone And Announcement Profile tab on the Tone And Announcement Profile List panel.

    The Copy Selected Tone And Announcement Profile window is displayed along with the field details which can be edited.

    Make the required changes to the required fields and click Save to save the changes. The copied Tone And Announcement Profile is displayed at the bottom of the original Tone original Tone And Announcement Profile in the Tone the Tone And Announcement Profile List panel.

    To Delete Tone And Announcement Profile

    To delete any of the created Tone And Announcement Profile, click the radio button next to the specific Tone And Announcement Profile which you want to delete.

    Click Delete at the end of the highlighted row. A delete confirmation message appears seeking your decision.

    Click Yes to remove the specific Tone And Announcement Profile from the list.
