To set the Signaling Base Port value and the Signaling Max Port value:

On the SBC main screen, navigate to
Configuration → System Provisioning → Category: Base Provisioning → Zone→Signaling Port Range or
Configuration → System Provisioning → Category: SIP Carrier Peering → ZoneSignaling Port Range or
All → Address Context→Zone → Signaling Port Range
Observe that the Signaling Port Range window is displayed.
Enter the desired Signaling Base Port value and the Signaling Max Port value and then click Save.
