Item | Description |

Software Version | software version. To upgrade firmware, refer to Upgrade Firmware. | Hostname | By default, the hostname is the system type. For example, “2900e.” The hostname can also be a unique identifying string of numbers and letters. To change the system hostname, choose Admin > Services Configuration and enter a new name in the Set Hostname field. Refer to Managing Hostname Settings. | Model | Displays the model and associated support. For example, “ 2900e with IPv6 support.” | Vendor | Displays basic vendor specific parameters. To manage vendor attributes, choose Network > DHCP Server > Vendor Specific Configuration and refer to Configuring Network Deployment Settings. | LAN Interface MAC Address | Displays LAN MAC address information. Use this information when requesting a new or replacement license key. Refer to Manage the License Key. | Registration Status | Shows whether the ALG feature is registered using a valid license key. Refer to Manage the License Key. | System | Displays the current date and time in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). To manage date and time settings, choose Admin > Time Settings and refer to Configure Time and Date Settings. | Change Administrative Password | Changes the read-write administrative user password.
