Use this object to specify the SIP header which, if present in the SIP request/method or response, triggers the configured action.

Currently, the SBC supports only P-ASSERTED-ID as a trigger header.

To View and Select Trigger Header

On the SBC main screen, navigate to All > Profiles > Services > SIP Adaptive Transparency Profile > SIP Method > Trigger Header.

The Trigger Header window displays.

Use the drop-down lists to select the SIP Adaptive Transparency Profile and the SIP Method.

The Trigger Header List pane displays.

Select a trigger header using the corresponding radio button in the Trigger Header List pane.

To Edit a Selected Trigger Header

Select a trigger header using the corresponding radio button in the Trigger Header List pane.

To Copy a Selected Trigger Header

Select a trigger header using the corresponding radio button in the Trigger Header List pane.

Click Copy Trigger Header.

Enter the values for the fields and click Save.

To Delete a Trigger Header

  1. Select a trigger header using the corresponding radio button in the Trigger Header List pane.
  2. Click the delete icon at the end of the selected row.

A delete prompt displays. Confirm the prompt to complete the process.
