Previously, for security reasons, it was not possible to upload backup files to the SBC using EMA or EMA Platform Mode. You can now upload backup files from an external source. Refer to to System Administration - File Upload for more information.

For any reason, if you wish to re-install the SBC application, take a backup of the application to restore it when needed. Backup files can now be stored at an external location. |
